FOHS Events
Hello everyone,
We wanted to send out an update from FOHS with what we have going on for the rest of the year.
As you all know we are busy getting ready for the Family Fun Day on Saturday July 1st (12-3PM) and I have attached the poster to this email too. We would really appreciate it if you can support us on the day and attend the fair feel free to bring your families along too! The children will love seeing you all there.
Tomorrow we will hand you an envelope with this letter, raffle ticket books, and the Family Fun Day Posters inside. Please can you send 2 books and a flyer home with each of your students in their bookbags? Please ask your students each day if they have any tickets and money to hand in these can be kept in the envelope provided. If any students ask for more tickets there will be extras in the office.
We are asking for £5 payments for a wristband for unlimited use of the inflatables at the Family Fun Day therefore we have decided to cancel the Big Bounce the Thursday and Friday before. We did not think it was right to ask families to pay twice.
Next Friday the 30th there will be an own clothes day for exchange for a bottle for the summer fair. FOHS volunteers will be on the playground to collect donations so they should not come into school but it might be worth checking in the morning just to be sure.
At Sports day we will be selling refreshments again to parents both in the morning and afternoon.
We will be holding our End of Term Disco on Thursday evening, 13 of July. If any of you are available to help out on the night that would be amazing.
